Terms of Use

Yomira · Effective August 19, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yomira iOS application. By tapping Let’s Go and using Yomira, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Yomira lets you:

Readings and Kiki chats are included. This version has no paid items.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Yomira on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

3. Your content

You retain rights in the photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the feature you requested (a reading or a chat reply) and to store it locally on your device if you save it.

You must only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people without permission. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. AI results are not veterinary advice

Kiki readings and chat replies are generated automatically from the photo or text you provide. They are educational / observational only. They are not a medical or veterinary diagnosis, prescription, or emergency service. If your pet is injured, in pain, or behaving in a way that worries you, contact a licensed veterinarian.

Results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use them.

5. Device and permissions

Some features need Camera or Photos access. You can deny a permission; the related action will not run until you allow it in iOS Settings. Tracking permission, if shown, is optional and is only for measuring advertising campaigns.

6. Acceptable use

7. Accounts and deletion

You can sign out from Me → Settings → Sign Out. Sign out ends the session; local readings remain on the device. Delete Account permanently erases local readings, chats, care logs, and profile data on that device. This cannot be undone.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Yomira, including reliance on a reading or a Kiki reply.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. We may stop offering the app. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it.
