Quick start
How do I get a reading?
On Home, tap Start a reading. Choose Dog or Cat, add a photo (Take a Photo or Choose from Gallery), then tap Read body language. You can save it to your archive, save the image to Photos, or share it.
What do the tabs do?
- Home — start a reading and see the latest result.
- Care — log Play, Training, and Daily habits.
- Kiki — ask about barking, play time, routines, or stress.
- History — past readings.
- Me — nickname, avatar, Pet Archive, Care Records, Settings.
Permissions
Camera or Photos was denied
Open iOS Settings → Yomira and allow Camera and/or Photos. Then return to the app and try again. Profile photos and care-log attachments use the same permissions. If you deny twice, the app offers Open Settings.
Tracking prompt
If iOS asks to track, that is only for measuring advertising campaigns. Choose Ask App Not to Track if you prefer. Readings, chat, and care logs still work.
Readings and chat
The reading looks wrong
Try a clearer, well-lit photo of the whole body when you can. Results are observational, not a veterinary diagnosis. If your pet seems unwell, contact a veterinarian.
Kiki did not reply
Check your network and try again. A first-run notice (Chatting with Kiki) explains that messages are processed only to generate a reply.
Are there paid items?
No. Readings and Kiki chats are included in this version.
Care log will not save
Duration (minutes) is required and must be greater than 0. Photos are optional (up to 5). Then tap Save Record.
Data
Where is my data?
Readings, chats, care logs, and your profile stay on this device. Auto-save readings can be toggled in Me → Settings (on by default).
How do I delete everything?
Me → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently erases local readings, chats, care logs, and profile data on that device.
Sign out
Me → Settings → Sign Out ends the session. Local readings remain until you delete the account or the app.
